### ๐ **Day 1: Arrival & Grounding**
**Theme:** Slowing down, arriving in the body, connecting with nature
* Check-in
* Optional: Onsen / Massage
* 17:00: Gentle yoga & breathwork&meditation
* 18:30: Shared dinner + Welcome circle
* 20:00: Group meditation \ movie under the stars
**Intention:** Release travel tension, shift from doing to being, feel the Earth beneath you.

Silence, presence, Buddhist wisdom
* 6:30โ8:00 Morning yoga energy flow& pranayama&meditation
* Breakfast
* Visit to:
**Thien Mu Pagoda**(optional)
* Lunch in the city + gentle walk(optional)
* 16:30โ18:00: Qi Gong and meditation at **Chua Thien Lam (Theravada)** โ optional or at resort as guests prefer
* Evening: Onsen soak meditation
Intention:Deepen awareness, reconnect with inner silence, feel spirit through stillness.

* 6:30โ8:00 Morning Flow Yoga + Gratitude Meditation
